CLASS Schedule

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

BEGINNER BJJ:

Students will learn the fundamentals of BJJ, Basic techniques, and Self Defense. Class is comprised of a warm-up, a study of Self Defense techniques, study of Throws and Ground Techniques. Practice ends with rounds of rolling starting from specific positions (Guard, Mount, Side Control, and other)

-Free Trial.

-Three Degree White Belt and below

Requirements:

-Gi

ADVANCED BJJ: Students will learn the fundamentals of BJJ, Advanced techniques, Self Defense and Competition strategy, Class is comprised of a warm-up, a study of Takedown techniques, followed by a study of Ground Techniques. Practice ends with rounds of rolling starting from specific positions (Guard, Mount, Side Control, and other) followed by Full rounds of Rolling starting from the knees or feet. -Free Trial. -Three Degree White Belt and above Requirements: -Gi

NOGI:

Students will learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu without the use of a Gi. Class is comprised of a warm up, takedown and ground techniques, ending with rounds of specific and full Rolls. It is the practical approach to the MMA ground game. 

-Three Degree White belt and above

Requirements:

-Rashguard and Board Shorts.

KICKBOXING CLASS: Students will learn the basics of KickBoxing, Muay Thai, and Kyokushin Karate styles. Class is comprised of a warm-up, lessons in Footwork, Punching and Kicking Techniques, Shadow Boxing, Partnered Pad Work, Heavy Bag work, promoting Cardio, Strength and Conditioning, Balance and Flexibility. -Free Trial Requirements: -Rashguard/T-shirt and Board Shorts -Boxing Gloves -Hand Wraps -Shin Pads

KICKBOXING CLASS:

Students will learn the basics of KickBoxing, Muay Thai, and Kyokushin Karate styles. Class is comprised of a warm-up, lessons in Footwork, Punching and Kicking Techniques, Shadow Boxing, Partnered Pad Work, Heavy Bag work, promoting Cardio, Strength and Conditioning, Balance and Flexibility.

-Boxing Gloves -Hand Wraps

-Shin Pads

OPEN MAT - MAIN FLOOR: Session of supervised Rolls. Timer is put on 5 minute rounds with a 1 minute break, students may spar (Roll), drill or exchange techniques.  A perfect time for students to review what they have learned during the week’s lesson plan. -All Levels Welcome. -Gi Only -Members and Affiliates only

OPEN MAT - MAIN FLOOR:

 OPEN MAT - 2ND FLOOR:

Session where students are free to train using our array of Punch Mitts, Thai Pads, Kicking shields and Specialty Heavy Bags to get a great work out and refine their technique.

kids Programs

KIDS BJJ:

Students will learn the Basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, self-defense techniques, and bully prevention methods. Class is comprised of a warm up, Lessons in Throws, Pins and Submissions, Skill-building games and challenges, ending with rounds of monitored Rolling. 

Gracie Jiu Jitsu is the most efficient martial art your children can learn. And one of the most helpful tools they will ever have at their disposal. 

-Free Trial.

-5 to 12 years old.

Requirements:

-Gi

KIDS KICKBOXING:

Students will learn the basics of KickBoxing, Muay Thai, and Kyokushin Karate styles. Class is comprised of a warm-up, Lessons in Punching and Kicking Techniques, shadow boxing and partnered padwork . Integrating physical education with conditioning aimed at improving coordination, motor skills, agility and flexibility.

-Free Trial.

-5 to 12 years old.

Requirements:

-Shorts and T-shirt.

-Youth Boxing Gloves - Youth Shin Guards.

KIDS NOGI: Students will continue their BJJ study with advanced techniques and self defense without the use of a Gi. Class is comprised of a warm up, takedown and ground techniques, ending with rounds of specific and full Rolls. -5 to 12 years old. -Grey Belt and above. Requirements: -Rashguard and Shorts

KIDS & PARENTS BJJ:

A great way to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu together with your children. Parents and children train alongside each other, partner up for the techniques and Roll together, a wonderful time for the family!

-Free Trial.

-3 yrs old and up.

-Kids must be accompanied by Parent/Legal Guardian.
